We’ve got Feline Friday, Nature Friday and Friendly Fill~Ins all in one today.
The Prowlers enjoy the pinkish glow of morning right before the sun comes up and they head on in after a night of partying. Enjoy!
- We like being able to go in and out all night long as we please.
- We don’t want to get locked in at night but we have to for our safety.
- We are counting down the days until the stray cat, Maria, realizes Meowmy has left a way for her to get in at night for warmth and food but she will not be happy when she realizes she can’t get back out again before the morning comes!
- Being locked in at night is a lot like being in jail!

Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I am so happy your mom is helping a stray kitty. Sorry you don’t like being in at night, but it is safer. Cute video. π

Love the video. Your deer are much braver than the ones that come into our fields. The first sign of movement and they are off.
I like the ticking on the coat of the cat in your header. Is it Otis?

Hi, thank you! We wonder ourselves why these deer seem to “trust” us. We have been talking to them, like we talk to the cats and we also thought that maybe they notice how we interact with the cats. I also don’t look them in the eye and if I walk with my head down towards them they seem to accept that more than looking directly at them. I don’t know, I guess we put a lot of thought into it, LOL! Yes, that is Otis, he does have interesting colors we thought for sure.

Oh, how wonderful!!
Those deer are curious as kitties about those kitties!! They sure came up close to them!
We enjoyed that video, thanks!
Nice to see all three ‘in action’!

Thank you for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! You and your stray kitty friend really are safer inside at night. I’m also trying to help a stray realize that a secure shelter is better than being exposed to the elements, especially at night. Some kitties just don’t easily see it that way, do they? Purrs!

Thank you for having us! Yes, stray kitty either doesn’t realize she can get in or is too smart to do it. Too smart is probably more accurate. She is very elusive. Have a great week!
